WooCommerce Food Shipping Zone by Drawing is an addon for the WooCommerce Food plugin that allow you can define delivery area. Instead of relying on distance-based limitations (a fixed radius in kilometers), this addon allows you to create custom shipping zone by drawing them directly on a map.
Install via WordPress admin
- Login to WordPress Admin
- In the left menu panel go to Plugins > Add New > Upload to install plugin
- Click Upload
- Browse your download package to select installation files
- Click Install Now button
- Once it’s uploaded, click the Activate link
Install via FTP Account
- Use your FTP software to browse to wp-content/plugins folder to install plugin
- Extract the installation files to their corresponding folders, for example: woo-exfood-shipzdr.zip to woo-exfood-shipzdr and upload to server
- Once it’s uploaded, go to your WordPress Admin, browse to Plugins > Installed Plugins
- Click the Activate link
This plugin requires the Google Maps API, so you must ensure that the necessary APIs are set up before using it. If you haven’t created them yet, please follow this guide to configure the Google Maps APIs
1. If you have only one store location or want to create a shipping zone for all store locations, go to Food Settings > Shipping > Drawing Shipping Zone > Start Drawing. Click on the map to define your shipping zone, then select Finish Drawing and Save Changes.
2. If you have multiple store locations and want to create a shipping zone for each one, go to Food Location > Edit Location > Drawing Shipping Zone > Start Drawing. Click on the map to define your shipping zone, then select Finish Drawing and Update.
3. The shipping area you define will be displayed in the Google Maps popup like this:
