1. Add youtube or soundcloud link to content of timeline, you could also use embed of any video or audio website
2. To show video or audio on timeline, you just need to set shortcode parameter: show_media="1"
If you use shortcode Buider or WPBakery Page Builder, you just set shortcode option: Show media > yes
